Each individual seen through their interconnected parts.
• Through exploring how thoughts influence emotions and behaviors, it’s possible to develop effective strategies for support.
• Through parts work, clients can nurture inner transformation, promoting lasting personal growth and deeper self-compassion.
• Through connecting with the emotions held in the body, one can restore inner balance and cultivate a sense of calm.

About Mary
Since moving to Nashville in 1984, life has led me through a
range of experiences—living single, being married, becoming
a mother, caring for my husband through illness, facing his
loss, and now enjoying the role of grandparent—all while
staying active in business ventures and community service.
Through life’s ups and downs, I’ve learned how essential it is
to stay attuned to my inner world—and to be intentional about
creating a supportive environment that nurtures emotional
and mental well-being. My personal experiences have
deeply influenced my approach to therapy, allowing me to
connect with and support individuals and couples in
meaningful ways. Currently, I am working toward
full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in
Tennessee. During this licensure period, I am under the
supervision of Catherine Phipps (TN # 1348).
